I really like this video! It is easy to follow and Beth's voice is very soothing. The first few times I did it I felt uncoordinated (and sore afterwards), but as I grew stronger, I started to FEEL the beauty of the movements that I was seeing Beth do gracefully on the screen. (definitely use it with the commentary on until you get used to the exercises.) When I'm finished I feel energized and refreshed. I used Beth's Tai Chi program based on the reviews. I didn't have an exercise regimen before getting pregnant but I knew I wanted to be doing something and thought that Tai Chi would be a good place to start.
